Metabolomics is the study of small molecules counting metabolic intermediates (amino acids,nucleotides, sugars etc.) that presents between cells.The metabolome dispense a sensitive indicator of the physiological status of a cell and has potential uses in monitoring diseases and its management. Metabolomics or metabolic profiling is the quantitative analysis of all such cellular metabolites at any one time under defined conditions.
